For all technical problems please contact us by email. So that your case is supported as quickly as possible always think of attaching your order number (no invoice) and the name that is associated with it. If none of these are in your email, find a solution for your case that will last longer.

Service of technical problems

In case of technical problems, broken parts etc., please always attach photos. The more accurate the description, the faster your file can be adjusted. Once your file is completed, it will be transferred to the technical service, who will process the arrived files. A file is processed within 3 business days.
