    • Who pays for the return?

      The return is always at the expense of the customer. There is an exception, if your item is faulty, we will pay the shipping cost for the return.

    • Where is my order?

      Your order could be in multiple locations ... in our warehouse, waiting for shipping, traveling or being delivered by courier. First, you should check if you have received your shipping e-mail. If so, then it is on the way, if not, your order is still in our warehouse.

      You can track your order at the top of this page based on your order number and email address. You can find your order number by logging into your account here or in your confirmation email.

    • I am outside of the return policy. Can I return?

      From the day you receive it, you have 14 days to return something to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this time.

    • Why is my order late?

      If you order after 15:30, your order will not be shipped the same day, but will leave our warehouse in the next next day delivery. There is always a good explanation for the delay of a package.

      If your delivery date has expired, please contact us here and have your order number ready.

      Your delivery date must have passed so that we can determine where your order is.

    • Why was my order cancelled?

      If you have placed an order and received a cancellation e-mail from us, we are very sorry.

      Occasionally, we may not have the product in stock at the time we process your order. If you received the cancellation email, it means that the refund has been made. The refund can take up to 4 days, this is the bank transaction, unfortunately we can not do anything about it.

    • I don't have the original packaging. Can I return my product?

      Unfortunately, you can not return the car if it is not in its original packaging.

    • Can I cancel or edit my order?

      Once you have placed your order, you have the next hour to make a change by contacting us. It may happen that your order has already been processed and shipped at the time we contacted you. We apologize if this is the case. Then please refuse the unwanted article.

    • When will I receive my refund?

      Once your package is back in warehouse  and our team has checked the package, we will issue your refund. Once the package arrives, it usually takes 7 business days. Note that the whole process of returns can take up to 14 working days.

    • I received a faulty item what do I do?

      We are very sorry that you received an item that is not in perfect condition. You may find a solution to your problem in the Technical Issues section. if you do not find the right answer, please contact our customer service through the contact section.

    • I have not received my refund yet?

      Refunds usually take 2 to 3 working days from the day they are made, but can sometimes take longer. If you have not received anything after 7 business days, please contact our customer service.

    • How can I return my package?

      If you are returning your package please fill in the return form. With this return form the whole return process will be much faster that without.

      Please note:

      • Bank transfer: can take up to 3 working days before it is received by us. 
      • Paypal: If you would like to pay through Paypal you will have an extra cost of £ 5,00
    • The discount code does not work

      There are several explanations why a discount code does not work. See below:

      • You may have made a typo in uppercase or lowercase letters. Please check the spelling.
      • The discount code has expired. (Our actions are temporary)
      • You can only use one code per order.

    • Article out of stock?

      Some products are very popular and sell out fast. It may happen that an item is no longer in stock. If you want to know if the item comes back or not, please contact our customer service. 

    • I received the wrong article?

      If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service. Do not assemble the car.

      Remember to write in your email: Your full name ( the one use to place your order), your order number, and a picture of the product you received.

    • The article I received is damaged. What can I do?

      If you receive a vehicle with defective parts, please contact our customer service. Remember to write in your email: Your full name you use to place your order, your order number, and a picture of the product you received.

       

      If you get a vehicle with bumps and scratches, we can not do anything. This is due to the manufacturing due to the material used (plastic, metal) and the techniques used for welding and painting the vehicle. The scratches and minor damage are no reason for a refund or return. If you think they are too important, please contact our customer service. He will evaluate your needs. Remember to write in your email: Your full name you use to place your order, your order number, and a picture of the product you received.

    • Pre-order, how does it work?

      The order process for a pre-order is the same as for an order in stock. We have advised the customer to contact us. We will contact the customer within 2 or 3 working days if this is not the case. However when a car is in pre-order, it is only for 14 days. 

  • Technical issues

    • How do I connect the car to the remote?

      • 1- Turn off the car and remove the battery from the remote control
      • 2- Insert the battery into the remote control to turn it on
      • 3- Press the "Vehicle Selection" button for 5 seconds. Most of the time, this button is in the middle of the remote. The LED should be flashing.
      • 4- Turn on the car, the LED is still lit.
      • 5- You are connected

       

      The buttons to be pressed may differ depending on the vehicle. Contact our customer service if your remote control can not connect to your car.

    • I just received my car but it doesn't charge

      If you just rreceived your car, make sure to connect everything since the car arrived unplug. Once you have check that you can charge your vehicle for 12hrs. If after the charge the car still doesn't turn on, please check out this question: My vehicle will not turn on. What can I do?

    • My vehicle will not turn on. What can I do?

      If your vehicle can not be switched on, this can have several causes. In most cases, however, it has been proven that this is a defective battery or a faulty charger.

      To find out if the charger or the battery is defective, you can test it. Once this is done, please contact our customer service with the results.
