Returning an item?

When you return an item, the amount of the refund and how it is issued may vary depending on whether the product is returned under the legal guarantee of conformity, or why you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal (by deleting the order within 14 days of delivery) and the payment method used to make the purchase.

  • The cost of returning an item are the responsibility of the customer. If you want to make a return, contact our customer service they can arrange the removal of the package. Please note that in addition to the shipping price, you will be charged an administration fee.
  • You can not return an item after 14 days.
  • If you notice that your package is damaged on delivery, please contact us within 3 days after the delivery date with multiple photos and your order number. We do not accept any claims after 3 business days. We can always send you the necessary spare parts at your expense.
  • Delivery charges are not refundable.

Items returned as incorrect, damaged or defective

If you return an item due to our mistake (color, wrong model) and the item is inside the original box and has not been assembled, you will be refunded the cost of the item, the shipping costs for the return of the Article itself.

Upon arrival of the car, please check all components inside the box for big damages such as broken pieces before assembling the car. If something broken DO NOT assemble the car, contact us immediately with photos and/or videos. We do not accept any returns within the 14 days return period. 

Please note: Small damages such as little scratches, dents are not considered applicable to this as they can be caused during manufacturing due to the materials used (plastic, metal) and the techniques used to weld and paint the car. The scratches and little damages are not a motive for any refund or return. 

Articles assembled incorrectly

In the case in which the customer assembles the machine incorrectly and for this reason something is ruined, the customer will be fully liable for the costs incurred for repair or replacement part.

Technical problems

Once the car has been assembled, if it does not work due to a technical problem, contact our customer service with photos/videos and clear explanations of the problem. 

If after contacting the customer service a car must be returned for repair and examination, certain costs may apply depending on the guarantee of the car and the repair services needed. These will be explained clearly with the customer service upon contact regarding the issue. 

Important 

Please be aware that you can't return an assembled product, no matter the reason.
